Saudi Tuner MyCar has taken a Mercedes S-Class 550 and combined with the front end of a CL550 – creating the world’s first (and possibly only) Mercedes CS500 (we’re not sure where the 50 went). MyCar is hoping this beauty will be a staple in their sales line up. Another sight you may find while cruising the hotels and cafes of Dubai or United Arab Emirates are Chrome-plated vehicles.

A Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG, spotted in Dubai, is finished with a chrome body. Although the C63 AMG comes in 10 colors (7 of which are metallic) none of them are chrome. We’ve also been privy to the Chrome McLaren SLR, also in Dubai.

Don’t be surprised if we start to see chrome covered Mercedes in the United States once the economy swings back up (and it will, regardless of how bad it seems right now). But until then we can look to the (Middle) East for prime examples of just how decadent Mercedes Owners can be.

Mercedes Benz vehicles have a reputation for being expensive and sometimes outlandish. But when you go to Dubai they pull out all the stops – and it shows with this All-Chrome Mercedes McLaren SLR coupe spotted over seas. Imagine sliding across the hood of this Mercedes? We SERIOUSLY advise against this, at least take your bent off to avoid possible scratches. And yes, the glass is also chrome tinted. So is this ride more T-1000 or Silver Surfer?
